PACK TRIPS
Payment and Refund Policy: A deposit of 50% is collected when you book your trip, the remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to your trip. The deposit is non-refundable. Deposits are transferable to another trip for one year at our discretion in the event of extenuating circumstances. We recommend that you consider travel insurance. HUNTING TRIPS
Payment and Refund Policy: A deposit of $1,000 per person is collected when you book your trip. If you draw a license, the remaining of the 50% deposit is due by May 1st. The outstanding balance of 50% is due four weeks prior to your trip. The deposit is non-refundable unless you do not draw a license. In the case that you do not draw a license, you must notify us by May 1st and then the full $1,500 deposit is transferable to another trip for one year or can be refunded (minus a 5% admin fee). WE ACCEPT MAJOR CREDIT CARDS
You should arrive at our headquarters by 8 a.m. the morning of your trip starts. Lodging is available at nearby motels for the night before and after your trip. Guest who are flying should come into Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, which is served by Allegiant, Frontier, United, Alaska, and Delta airlines. Transportation to or from the airport is available with advance notice.
Our camps are authorized under a special-use permit from the Custer Gallatin National Forest.
We are an authorized Concessioner of the National Park Service to serve the public in Yellowstone National Park. —#CC-YELL-140
