Elk Hunts: A deposit of $1,500 per person is collected when you book your trip. If you draw a license, the remaining of the 50% deposit is due by May 1st. The outstanding balance of 50% is due two weeks prior to your trip. The deposit is non-refundable unless you do not draw a license. In the case that you do not draw a license, you must notify us by May 1st and then the full $1,500 deposit is transferable to another trip for one year or can be refunded (minus a 5% admin fee). Moose/Goat Hunts: A 50% deposit is required to book your trip. The remaining amount is due 2 weeks prior to your trip.
Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to another trip for one year from original booking. If you cancel after the full payment is made, a portion of the payment may be transferable to another trip for one year from original booking. There are no refunds for weather conditions, your personal emergencies, or other unforeseen incidents.
License Fees: Hunting licenses are to be obtained directly from the State of Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks prior to arrival for the trip. Guests must show their license before departing on the trip.

You should arrive at our headquarters by 8 a.m. the morning of your trip starts. Lodging is available at nearby motels for the night before and after your trip.
